Jana Kramer gained fame as an actress, singer of country music and songwriter, when she was a character in the series One Tree Hill. She was Alex during three of the season's final seasons. Kramer was in numerous episodes as a new country artist, which allowed her album make it to the Billboard 200 Top 20. Thirty One, her follow-up album from 2015, reached the Top Ten. In the last decade, she was a guest in Dancing with the Stars as she did in TV films and several TV programs. She also released some singles which did not appear on albums. It was 2021 when The Doubting Voices was released. Jana Rae Kramer is a Michigan native that was raised on country music. Although she pursued the acting and recording professions however, her screen debut came in the independent horror film Dead/Undead (2002) when she was still at high school. Kramer appeared on 90210 in 2008-2009 as Portia and Brooke Manning before joining One Tree Hill on the CW in 2009, where she played Alex Dupre. The show lasted show until 2012 when the series ended. Kramer was a signer of an agreement with Elektra Records, and she debuted her contemporary country love song I Won't Give up in a One Tree Hill 2011 episode. It later appeared on her debut album Jana Kramer in mid-2012. The track was featured in Billboard's Top Country Albums chart, which is in the Top Five. She remained focused on her career in music afterward, she did not stop acting. she was a part of films like Heart of the Country 2013 and Country Crush 2016 that would be popular with her fan base. Kramer released her second album Thirty One on Warner Music Nashville in October 2015. I Got the Boy (a Top Five country single) and Steven Tyler's duet Aerosmith contributed to the album's ability to get even better reviews, reaching the number three place at the top of the Billboard 200. Beginning in September of 2016, she spent two months on the season 23 of Dancing with the Stars, which ended with an overall fourth position. The same year she was also a part of an adult contemporary smash featuring the song "Feels Like" Christmas which featured Straight No Chaser.
